Research on the Influence Mechanism of Entrepreneurship Education on College Students'Entrepreneurial Performance—Based on the Dual Perspectives of Theoretical Education and Practical Education
The existing research on entrepreneurship education focuses on the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurial intention,and lacks attention to subsequent entrepreneurial performance,especially the impact of different types of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial performance.The analysis of 696 valid questionnaires shows that entrepreneurship education can be further subdivided into entrepreneurship theory education and entrepreneurship practice education,which can not only directly and positively affect the en-trepreneurial performance of college students,but also indirectly affect the entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial competence,and the mediating effect of entrepreneurial competence is stronger than that of entrepreneurial intention.This study breaks through the limitations of previous studies that regard entrepreneurship education as a general concept,explores the internal mechanism of two kinds of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial performance of college students,and finds that en-trepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial compentence are important influencing indicators of entrepreneurship theory education and en-trepreneurship practice education,which is expected to provide reference and enlightenment for college entrepreneurship education and college students'entrepreneurship.
