创业教育对大学生创业能力影响的研究——以创业课程满意度和创业激情为中介的实证考察
A Study on the Impact of Entrepreneurship Education on College Students'Entrepreneurship Ability—An Empirical Study Mediated by Satisfaction with Entrepreneurship Courses and Entrepreneurship Passion

摘要
研究通过构建以创业课程满意度和创业激情为中介的创业教育对创业能力影响的理论模型,拓展创业教育和创业能力的研究范围,并为创业教育以及创业能力培养提供理论依据和实证支撑.利用"问卷星"在山西省域内的本科院校进行问卷调查,进行实证分析和检验.研究显示,创业教育能够直接正向显著影响创业能力,创业课程满意度整体维度和子维度在创业教育对创业能力的影响机理中存在中介作用,创业激情整体维度和子维度在创业教育对创业能力的影响机理中存在中介作用.因此,整合创业教育内容、搭建创业教育平台、优化创业教育体系、提高创业课程满意度、激发创业热情,是提升创业能力的有效途径.
Abstract
By constructing a theoretical model of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial ability mediated by satisfaction with entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurial passion,the research scope of entrepreneurship education and entrepre-neurial ability is expanded,and theoretical basis and empirical support are provided for entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ability cultivation.Conduct a questionnaire survey on undergraduate colleges and universities in Shanxi Province using"Questionnaire Star"for empirical analysis and verification.Research has shown that entrepreneurship education can directly and significantly affect en-trepreneurial ability.The overall and sub dimensions of satisfaction with entrepreneurship courses have a mediating role in the mecha-nism of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial ability,while the overall and sub dimensions of entrepreneurial pas-sion have a mediating role in the mechanism of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial ability.Therefore,integra-ting entrepreneurship education content,building an entrepreneurship education platform,optimizing the entrepreneurship education system,improving satisfaction with entrepreneurship courses,and stimulating entrepreneurial enthusiasm are effective ways to enhance entrepreneurial abilities.
