独立学院转设后正面临发展困境,最关键的便是生源与质量问题.因此,从拓展生源与促进质量提升的耦合关系角度出发,重新研判独立学院转设后的高质量发展路径具有重要意义.以口述史研究法走近转设进程亲历者,可以深层次探索独立学院发展模式,能够在充分把握生源与质量耦合关系的基础上,聚焦人口老龄化背景下独立学院转设后的生源问题.据此,建议在招生端提高学校知名度、打造多维招生系统、明确职业应用导向直面危机;在质量端打造特色学科,彰显办学优势、瞄准地方需求,校企高阶合作、孵化优质品牌,教育转型升级纾解危机,进而促进民办高等教育的整体良性发展.
How to Expand Student Source and Promote Quality Improvement after the Conversion of Independent Colleges—A Research Perspective Based on Oral History
Independent colleges are facing development difficulties after conversion,and the most critical issues are student source and quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to re-examine the high-quality development path of independent colleges after conver-sion from the perspective of the coupling relationship between expanding student source and promoting quality improvement.By approac-hing those who have experienced the conversion process with the oral history research method,we can explore the development mode of independent colleges at a deep level,and focus on the issue of student source after the conversion of independent colleges in the context of population aging on the basis of fully grasping the coupling relationship between student source and quality Therefore we should in-crease the visibility of the college at the enrollment end,create a multi-dimensional enrollment system,and clearly define the vocational application oriented to face the crisis directly"In the quality end,to alleviate the crisis,we should create special disciplines,highlight the advantages of college running,target local needs,develop high-level cooperation between college and enterprises,incubate high-quality brands,promote educational transformation and upgrading,and thus promote the overall benign development of private higher educa-tion."
