Being the aim of educational reform in the information age,core competency is the holistic description of a person that education aims to cultivate.The key of how to cultivate students'core competency through educational practice is to exert teacher's sub-jectivity.With the guide of educational policies and the support of information technology,teachers exert their subjectivity fully to guide students to participate deeply in educational activities,so as to fulfill the development goal of students'core competency.From the aspect of the essence stipulation,teacher's subjectivity represents as teacher's subjective consciousness,subject ability's initiative and subject relationship's inter-subjectivity.Under the present reform background,teachers can confirm their subjectivity by integrating educational contents with disciplinary and interdisciplinary ideas,innovating educational approaches with deeper learning orientation,renewing edu-cational assessments with the consistency of teaching,learning and assessment,and transforming the paradigm of educational research with the centre of learning.
