The cultivation of"innovative top-notch technical talents"in vocational education is positioned in the development of technical capabilities and"technical training",which needs to follow the social logic of cultivating high-quality technical talents,the educational logic of artificial intelligence empowerment,and the industrial logic of integration of industry and education,and make changes in five aspects:social awareness,teachers,curriculum system,cultivation mechanism and evaluation mechanism.The cultiva-tion of innovative top-notch technical talents is not to break away from the current vocational education talent training program,but to implement,innovate and optimize the program more effectively,starting from the implementation of national policies,grasping key ele-ments,integration of industry and education,curriculum links,three education reform,and digital technology empowerment.
