Based on the practical attributes of labor courses and the basic logic of human psychological development and social de-velopment,schools should adhere to the thesis of"labor education based on manual labor",and there are misunderstandings such as e-quating practice with manual labor,one-sidedly using the logic of psychology to confirm the content of labor education,and equating the value of labor with the value of manual labor.Labor education should be all-encompassing.In the determination of goals and the selec-tion of contents,the unity of individual and social development functions should be considered in the determination of all-round labor ed-ucation,and the organic combination of specialized labor education and permeable labor education should be adhered to in the imple-mentation process,and the main body of its implementation should be all educators.Based on this,to carry out all-round labor educa-tion,it is necessary to adhere to the unity of labor knowledge,labor skills and labor values in terms of goals,make scientific choices based on the value orientation of individual adults and the development of social productive forces in terms of content,and pay attention to the combination and complementarity of subject classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and production and labor in the way.
