Who is More Positive in"the Belt and Road"Education Action—Social Network Analysis of Member Countries of 20"the Belt and Road"University Alliances
Based on the data of member countries of 20"the Belt and Road"university alliances,this paper uses Social Network Analysis to study the structural characteristics and evolution of the cooperation network of the member countries of"the Belt and Road"university alliance.The study found that the overall tightness of the alliance network is strong.In addition to China occupying the core position of the alliance network,Malaysia,Pakistan,Russia are more active in the joint construction of"the Belt and Road"education action,and are in a dominant position in the network.However,the betweenness centrality results show that the degree of dependence among the member countries of"the Belt and Road"university alliance is not high,information and power are relatively decentralized,and the evolution analysis shows that the alliance network is still a growth network.To this end,it is suggested to further stimulate the enthusiasm of"the Belt and Road"cooperation countries in jointly construction of"the Belt and Road"education action,enhancing the cooperation closeness within each alliance and among different alliances,strengthening the macro guidance and precise governance of the alliance,and expanding the application and promotion of digital technology in alliance cooperation.
