The Risks and Avoidance of Triple Dependence of Organized Scientific Research in Universities
Organized scientific research in universities has the basic connotation of mission orientation, serving the country,collab-orative cooperation, concentrated research, following precedents, and innovation. It naturally relies on government resources,organiza-tional collaboration, and historical paths. However, there is a certain contradiction between triple dependence and the"uncertainty"of science.Unconditional resource dependence, imbalanced collaborative dependence, and excessive path dependence can easily lead to scientific research being controlled and kidnapped by external environment, team collaboration, and historical experience, weakening the diversity of scientific possibilities and subverting innovation, resulting in universities being"profit oriented",collaborators being"disorderly wandering",and innovation falling into"historical inertia".To avoid the potential risks mentioned above,it is necessary to build a sustainable development, mutual trust and win-win resource exchange pattern;shape a decentralized and orderly incentive col-laborative innovation structure;explore new paths for organized scientific research that subvert tradition and overcome inertia.
