家校合作实施教育惩戒的逻辑机理、实然困境与实践策略

摘要
家校合作实施教育惩戒对学生的全面发展具有重要意义.家校合作实施教育惩戒的逻辑机理有家校认知和目标的契合、家长受教育水平的提升、趋于平等的家校关系等.但在现实中,家校立场分歧、信息不对称、利益博弈、权责边界模糊等因素都阻碍家校合作实施教育惩戒.政府、学校、家庭等主体应共同采取措施促进家校双方协同合作,有效实施教育惩戒.
Abstract
Home-school cooperation in the implementation of educational discipline is of great significance to the all-round develop-ment of students.The logical mechanism of home-school cooperation in the implementation of educational discipline includes the fit be-tween home-school cognition and goals,the improvement of parents'education level,and the home-school relationship that tends to be equal.However,in reality,factors such as differences in home-school positions,information asymmetry,interest games,and blurred boundaries between rights and responsibilities all hinder home-school cooperation in the implementation of educational discipline.Entities such as the government,schools,and families should jointly employ measures to promote coordination and cooperation between families and schools,and effectively carry out educational discipline.
