摘要
家校社协同育人是教育界关注的热点议题.运用倾向匹配法与双重差分法对全国家校社协同育人示范点H中学实施成效评估发现:该校将"以德为本"的理念贯穿于家校协同的合作、协调和协作各层面,有效抑制金钱至上、权力至上以及享乐主义等不正确价值观的形成,积极促进学生形成正确的价值观.在初中阶段,家校社协同应遵循"合作—协调—协作"实践逻辑,重视正确价值观的引导.建议充分挖掘本地资源,加强协同育人的针对性,不断健全协同育人机制.
Abstract
Home-school-community collaborative education is a hot topic in the educational circle.The evaluation of the implemen-tation effectiveness of H Middle School,a national demonstration site for family-school-community collaborative education,using pro-pensity matching method and difference-in-difference method,found that the school runs the concept of"morality-oriented"through all levels of cooperation,coordination and collaboration between home and school,which effectively inhibits the formation of incorrect val-ues such as money supremacy,power supremacy and hedonism,and actively promotes the formation of correct values among students.In junior high school,the collaboration between families,schools,and communities should follow the practical logic of"cooperation,coor-dination,collaboration"and attach importance to the guidance of correct values.
