高校如何提升学术创业绩效——基于"资源-能力-环境"框架的组态分析

研究基于"资源条件-动态能力-外部环境"整合性分析框架,以我国 41 所双一流大学为样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,揭示了提升学术创业绩效的组态路径.研究发现:任何单一因素均不构成高校学术创业绩效提升的必要条件,高学术创业绩效是多重因素复杂作用的结果;实现高学术创业绩效有四种路径,分别是资源禀赋型、体制机制创新赋能型、优势学科依托下制度激励型、全面协同型;在特定条件下,不同前因变量可以通过等效替代以"殊途同归"的方式提升高校学术创业绩效.立足经济高质量发展的新阶段,高校应以国家战略需求为导向,建立与有组织科研相适配的资源配置机制,培育动态能力,并根据自身特色选择差异化的学术创业提升路径.
How the University Can Improve Academic Entrepreneurship Performance—Configuration Analysis Based on the Resource-capability-environment Framework
Based on the framework of the resource-capability-environment,the research uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to reveal the configuration and path for the improvement of academic entrepreneurship performance.The result shows that any single factor is not necessary condition to improve the academic entrepreneurship performance,and the factors interact with each other.Four path models to improve the performance of university academic entrepreneurship which are the resource dependence mode,capability dominant mode,institutional incentives mode supported by advantageous disciplines and resource-capability-environment syn-ergistic mode.Under particular circumstances,there is an alternative relationship between resource,capability and environment.There-fore,universities should pay attention to the integration of existing resources and cultivate dynamic capability.Furthermore,universities need to choose the path to improve academic entrepreneurship performance according to the situation which is suitable for their own de-velopment.
