Can Educational Practice Improve the Labor Market Performance of Normal University Students—Analysis from the Perspective of Organizational Socialization Theory
From the perspective of organizational socialization theory, based on the employment data of 6 048 normal students from 15 universities in A province, the study empirically investigated the effect of educational practice on the labor market performance of normal students in three stages of employment entry, adaptation and integration. It is found that practice participation has more significant incentive effect on employment matching and employment quality, but has no significant effect on employment realization. The double-edged sword effect of practice experience is significant, which has different degrees of inhibition effect and incentive effect on employ-ment realization, employment matching and employment quality.Practice support has significant incentive effect on employment realiza-tion and employment quality, but has no significant effect on employment matching. The research results are not completely consistent with the expected effect of educational practice on the labor market performance of normal students,in order to realize the transformation of the employment from"inefficient dilemma"to"normal and benign",the education authorities need to seek policy support outside the field of universities for the optimization of rural education practice projects;universities should carry out all-round quality management on the content of educational practice, and gradually improve the evaluation index system;individuals need to consolidate professional skills in the process of education practice and build a solid foundation for teacher career development.
