摘要
目的：调查分析老年脑梗死患者健康行为及家庭功能的情况及其二者的相关性。方法：选取200例老年脑梗死首发患者为研究对象，在患者出院后2个月进行调查问卷，收集患者的一般资料，采用健康促进生活方式量表II（HPLPII）调查健康行为情况，采用家庭功能评定量表（FAD）调查患者家庭功能情况，并分析二者评测各维度相关性。结果：健康行为调查 HPLPII 量表所有患者总分均分为116.9±17.9，条目均分为2.4±0.4，其中条目均分得分最低为运动锻炼。总分均分为131.6±15.3，条目均分为2.2±0.3，整体功能出在中等水平，其中条目均分最低者为总功能。FAD总分与 HPLPII 总分呈负相关性，其中 FAD 总分与 HPLPII 各维度评分均呈显著负相关性，而 HPLPII 总分与 FAD 量表中除情感介入外各维度调查呈显著负相关性。结论：老年脑梗死患者健康行为与家庭功能有着密切的相关性，且目前二者水平均有待提高，对于老年脑梗死患者的院外护理重点在加强家庭功能中各维度水平，促进健康行为的提高。
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between health behavior and family function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and the relationship between the two. Methods Select 200 cases of cerebral infarction in the elderly first-episode patients as the research object, in discharged patients after 2 months of questionnaire survey, general in-formation of patients were collected, adopting a healthy Promoting Lifestyle Scale II(hplp II)survey of health behavior situation, using the family function evaluation table(FAD)to investigate the patients family function, and analyze the two review and evalu-ate the correlation of dimensions. Results The total score of health behavior survey II HPLP scale was 116.9 + 17.9, the aver-age score was 2.4 + 0.4, and the lowest score was exercise. The total score was 131.6 + 15.3, the items were divided into 2.2 + 0.3, and the whole function was in the middle level, among which the lowest score was the total function. Fad scores and hplp II score showed a negative correlation, the fad total score and the hplp II each dimension scores showed significant negative corre-lation, and hplp II score and fad scale in in addition to emotional involvement the dimensions investigated showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion The cerebral infarction in the elderly patient health behavior and family function have a close correlation, and the current levels are still need to be improved, for the focus of cerebral infarction in the elderly patients with out of hospital care in strengthening the family function in the dimension level, promote the improvement of health behavior.
