湖南省农村冠心病患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the self-efficacy status and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients with coronary heart disease in rural areas of Hunan Province

摘要
目的:了解湖南省农村冠心病患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能现状,分析其影响因素,为后续制定相关干预措施提供参考依据.方法:采用分层随机抽样法,于2023年4月至2023年10月选取符合纳排标准的408例湖南省农村冠心病患者作为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、冠心病心脏康复锻炼自我效能量表对研究对象进行调查,采用SPSS 26.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析.结果:湖南省408名农村冠心病患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能总得分为(37.98±3.84)分,得分率为47.48％.单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、性别、月收入、患合并症情况的患者在心脏康复锻炼自我效能得分上差异具有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄和文化程度是湖南省农村冠心病患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能的主要影响因素.结论:湖南省农村冠心病患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能总体处于中等偏下水平,应重点关注年龄偏大和文化程度较低的冠心病患者对其进行针对性的健康教育、提升其心脏康复锻炼自我效能.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of self-efficacy in cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients with coronary heart disease in rural areas of Hunan Province,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference for the develop-ment of relevant intervention measures in the future.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 408 rural coronary heart disease patients in Hunan Province who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from April 2023 to October 2023 as the study subjects.The study subjects were surveyed using a general information survey form and a self-efficacy scale for coronary heart disease rehabilitation exercise.The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results The total self-efficacy score of cardiac rehabilitation exercise for 408 rural coronary heart disease patients in Hunan Province was(37.98±3.84),with a scoring rate of 47.48％.The results of univariate analysis showed that patients of different ages,genders,monthly incomes,and comorbidities had statistically significant differences in self-efficacy scores of cardiac rehabilitation exercise;The results of logistic regression analysis show that age and educational level are the main influencing factors of self-efficacy in cardiac rehabilitation exercise for patients with coronary heart disease in rural areas of Hunan Province.Conclusion The self-efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation exercises for rural patients with coronary heart disease in Hunan Province is generally at a medium-low level,and attention should be focused on older and less educated patients with coronary heart disease to provide them with targeted health education to enhance their self-efficacy in cardiac rehabilitation exercises.
