With the in-depth integration of digital technology and human production and life,the Digital Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(for short,the Digital CPPCC)came into being.The Digital CPPCC is the digital twin of the traditional CPPCC.It has comparative advantages such as universality,twinning and intelligence.It has greatly enhanced the breadth,authenticity and effectiveness of the socialist democracy,and will inevitably lead to the Whole-process People's Democracy.The empowerment of the whole-process of people's democracy by the digital CPPCC is embodied in deepening the"full coverage"of people's democracy in time and space with three-dimensional and full-time,realizing the"all-round"presen-tation of people's democracy with interactivity and visualization,and ensuring the"full chain"of people's democracy through integration and linkage.However,digital technology is a double-edged sword,as a new thing,the Digital CPPCC is not yet perfect.And in the process of explicit empowerment to promote the in-depth development of the Whole-process People's De-mocracy,it may be accompanied by hidden risks of energy dissipation.Therefore,we must start from the three levels of build-ing a solid digital foundation,building a long-term supply mechanism and enhancing digital literacy and skills,from the outside to the inside to increase efficiency and empowerment.
