The Representation,Generation Logic and Regulation Path of Platform Power in the Era of Digital Economy
Platform power refers to the powerful controlling power of platform enterprises on the platform space based on their technological advantages,information advantages,resource advantages and service provision advantages.By constructing the framework of"power subject-capital-technology",this research systematically analyzes the performance characteristics and generation logic of platform power,and finds that:platform power presents the characteristics of penetration,concealment,non-antagonism and control;The generation of platform power is based on the transfer of government public power and individ-ual private rights as the logical starting point,the interest collusion between capital subjects and digital technology as the basis,and the establishment of platform foundation and infrastructure platform as an important means.This study regulates the disor-derly expansion of platform power from four aspects,including legal regulation,regulatory efficiency,resource allocation and human-machine ethics,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's digital economy.
