The Sinicization Representation and Global Expression of Chinese Discourse from the Perspective of International Communication
Discourse is a specialized term derived from the theoretical circles of Marx,Engels,and Western Marxism.Discourse theory has rich ideological connotations and a unique theoretical system.Although discourse power belongs to soft power,soft power needs to rely on hard power.Without the support and guarantee of hard power,soft power is difficult to demonstrate and exert.The construction of Chinese discourse must be based on socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,Chinese language,Chinese philosophical thought,Chinese sentiment,and other Chinese elements and characteristics.Only Chinese discourse based on these connotations and ideological foundations can be called a truly Chinese discourse with Chinese characteristics and achieve the sinicization of discourse.The strategy and path selection of Chinese discourse for globalization construction and dissemination towards the world lies in constructing Chinese discourse to help the world understand China,in-tegrate China into the world,achieve the goal of participating in co-construction,co-governance,and sharing,and reflect the Chinese perspective,worldview,and methodology of Chinese discourse.
