The Change and Adjustment of the CPC's Women's Policy in the Yan'an Period
In the early days of Yan'an,the practice of women's liberation with a deep tendency of"feminist"not only ex-tended the rights and interests of women, but also profoundly changed the traditional rural social structure, dragging the old family ethics and social moral order into violent shocks, which led to cracks within the revolutionary class.Along with rectifica-tion movement, the"feminism"tendency in CPC women's work has also been fundamentally reversed. In addition, based on the consideration of the severe situation of Anti-Japanese War and the financial and economic difficulties in the border areas,as well as the recognition of the multiple values of organizing women to participate in production activities, the CPC adjusted its strategy at the right time, set aside the narrow view of"feminism",and instead explored ways to achieve women's liberation within the framework of development and production.Marked by the promulgation of the"Four Three Decision",the women's policy of the CPC has changed significantly, which provides valuable experience for the new era and new journey to do a good job in women's work and promote the high-quality development of women's cause.
