数据不但是开展公共治理的重要介质,而且是网络空间的核心要素.作为打通信息平台与技术空间的纽带,数据之于教育的内在价值超越了现存物理世界的智能化进阶过程.对于教育而言,数字新质生产力则以技术为基础,围绕数字化教育平台进行智能化的服务.一方面,教育平台的智能化运作走向,超越了传统教学工具和手段的单向度认知,有助于提升教育服务的效率与质量,促进教育公益性与服务性的形成.另一方面,在保持教育资源开放性与共享性的基础上,打破数据公共平台的信息孤岛,推动教育数据的挖掘与利用.总体来看,利用人工智能和机器学习技术,教育平台可以对海量数据进行深度挖掘和分析,为教育决策提供科学依据,以便适应不同的教育环境和应用场景.教育平台通过收集用户的基本信息和学习行为,采用智能化的推荐方式,基于用户画像进行数字化管理以及智能的匹配与调度.同时,利用机器学习技术,对教育平台上的数据进行深度扫描,为教育过程提供个性化的智能辅导.
The Governance Logic of Intelligent Reconstruction of Education Platform Driven by Digital New Quality Productive Forces
Data is not only an important medium for conducting public governance,but also a core element of cyberspace.As a link between information platforms and technological spaces,the intrinsic value of data in education goes beyond the intel-ligent advancement process of the existing physical world.For education,digital new quality productive forces are based on technology and provide intelligent services around digital education platforms.On the one hand,the intelligent operation of edu-cational platforms goes beyond the one-dimensional cognition of traditional teaching tools and methods,which helps improve the efficiency and quality of educational services,and promote the formation of educational public welfare and service.On the other hand,while maintaining the openness and sharing of educational resources,the intelligent operation breaks breaking the information silos of data public platforms and promote the mining and utilization of educational data.Overall,by utilizing artifi-cial intelligence and machine learning technologies,educational platforms can deeply mine and analyze massive amounts of data,providing scientific basis for educational decision-making to adapt to different educational environments and application scenari-os.The education platform collects users'basic information and learning behavior,adopts intelligent recommendations and oth-er methods,and conducts digital management and intelligent matching and scheduling based on user profiles.Meanwhile,it uses machine learning technology to deeply scan data on educational platforms and provide personalized intelligent tutoring for the educational process.
