摘要
监狱民警在依法履行职责的过程中,面临着多重的风险.建立相应的监狱民警履职保护机制,有利于维护监狱民警的合法权益,保障监狱民警执法安全,这对监狱管理也具有重大的意义.因此,要制定出明确的原则、详细的内容、规范的程序,来保证监狱民警履职免责制度的建立.
Abstract
Prison polices face multiple risks in the process of fulfilling their duties in accordance with the law.Establishing corresponding protection measures for prison polices to perform their duties is beneficial for safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests,ensuring the safety of law enforcement,and is also of great significance for prison management.Therefore,clear principles,detailed content,and standardized procedures should be formulated to ensure the establishment of a system for exempting prison guards from their duties.
