The Community Correction Law has been officially implemented for more than three years.some practitioners in the forefront of enforcement of Community Correction Law even have some misunderstandings.The main purpose of community correction is special prevention.The main content of community correction is eliminating ill effects outside on the objects of community correction activities,as well as creating good conditions for the realization of special prevention's goal.Besides this,the main methods of community correction are adherence to the"the combination of the both",the classified management,individualized correction measures.In view of the main contradictions faced by practitioners in the implementation of the Community Correction Law,this article puts forward some suggestions to implement the concepts of systematic governance,law-based governance,comprehensive governance and source governance,and to improve the system and mechanism,then build the pattern of crime control of joint construction,joint governance and sharing,even to form a crime governance community in which everyone has one's duty and does one's duty.
