社区戒毒(康复)人员危机干预模式实践与探索

摘要
社区戒毒(康复)人员面临着各类复吸情景诱惑、家庭关系破裂、人际关系冲突等问题,一旦处理不妥就会发生各种心理危机事件,甚至重大社会事件.对戒毒人员有效管控已经成为基层政府众多工作中的一个重点与难点.通过一例戒毒(康复)人员典型心理危机案件调查分析,对当前社区戒毒(康复)人员如何开展心理危机干预进行一些思考,结合浙江省某地社区戒毒(康复)工作实践,总结出社区戒毒(康复)"1234心理危机干预法"思路,即"一介入、二干预、三跟踪、四强化"的心理危机干预工作思路.
Abstract
Community drug rehabilitation personnel face various temptations of relapse,broken family relationships,interpersonal conflicts,and other problems.Once not handled properly,various psychological crisis events and even major social events may occur.Effective control of drug rehabilitation personnel has become a key and difficult task in many grassroots government work.The author conducted a survey and analysis of a typical psychological crisis case of drug rehabilitation personnel,and gave some thoughts on how to carry out psychological crisis intervention for current community drug rehabilitation personnel.Combining with the practice of community drug rehabilitation work in a certain area of Zhejiang Province,the author summarized the"1234 Psychological Crisis Intervention Method"for community drug rehabilitation,which is a psychological crisis intervention approach of"one intervention,two intervention,three tracking,and four reinforcement".
