Integrated ocean governance emphasis the balance of different demands for ocean use,cross-bencher unified planning,full cooperation of all stakeholders and integrated management,and is an important theoretical guide for promoting sustainable development of the ocean economy.In 2023,the revision of China's Marine Environmental Protection Law incorporated integrated marine governance into the basic principles and specific institutional arrangements for marine ecological environmental protection,and it is important to take this revision as an opportunity to coordinate land and sea with an integrated and adaptive governance model,and to accelerate the demonstration of China's marine governance system and governance capacity.
