The college students have become an important target of telecom network frauds because of the rapid development of the Internet.How to prevent telecom network frauds has became a important work for every university.It's difficult to fundamentally address only through the governance of schools,because it is a social problem.Based on the characteristics of college students being deceived,analyze the causes of telecom network frauds in the perspective of college anti fraud governance.Students have low awareness of self-protection and legal awareness,and the social telecom network frauds is rapidly infiltrating campuses.The traditional anti fraud model in universities is too simple,narrow coverage,and has not been integrated into the daily lives of university students.The exploration of police school collaboration is insufficient.Giving full play to the role of the main body in the governance of telecom network frauds in universities,root the awareness of anti frauds and personal information security protection in the daily lives of college students,jointly manage telecom network frauds at the campus and social levels,innovate the linkage methods and platforms of police,school,home,and society,and work together in multiple ways to govern telecom network frauds in universities.
