摘要
在全面贯彻落实习近平文化思想,坚定不移推进文化自信的时代背景下,顺时顺势加强监狱文化建设,当是监狱工作现代化进程中不容回避的时代课题.立足S省监狱近年创作的散文、诗歌作品为现实依据和分析视角,管窥监狱文化建设在数量供给、队伍建设、体制机制,以及发展不均衡等方面存在的不足,可通过建立监狱文联、创建《中国监狱文艺》、实施监狱文化"五个一"工程、完善管理体制和运行机制等融合举措,必将助力推动新时代监狱文化繁荣发展.
Abstract
In the context of comprehensively implementing Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought and unswervingly promoting culture self-confidence,strengthening prison culture construction with the new era is an unavoidable issue in the modernization process of prison work.Based on the prose and poetry works created in recent years in S province prisons as a realistic basis and research incision,it is crucial to examine the shortcomings of the prison culture construction in terms of the supply quantity,team building,institutional mechanisms,and uneven development,etc.In order to address these problems,the establishment of the Prison Literature Association,the creation of China Prison Literature and Art,the implementation of the"Five Ones"project of prison culture,the improvement of the management system and operation mechanism and other integration initiatives will definitely play a great role in promoting the prosperity of prison culture in the new era.
