社区矫正对象教育学习体系的构建——以S省为实践样本的考察与设计

摘要
教育学习是实现社区矫正对象回归社会的核心手段.但在人手不足、权责失衡的当下,基于职业风险防范,社区矫正工作人员普遍存在"重监管、轻教育"心态.为实现《社区矫正法》所要求的全程教育、个别化矫正,课题组在以S省为实践样本调研基础上,针对S省社区矫正教育学习存在的问题,构建了分段分类递进式菜单化选学方案,力图为中国式现代化社区矫正工作贡献力量.
Abstract
Education and learning is the core means to achieve the return of community correction objects to society.However,due to the shortage of manpower and the imbalance of power and responsibility,community correction staff generally have the mentality of"Attaching importance to supervision and neglecting education".In order to realize the whole course education and individual correction required by the law of community correction,based on the investigation and research of S Province,the research group aims at the problems existing in the study of community correction education in s province,this paper constructs the selective study scheme of the progressive menu with subsection and classification,and tries to contribute to the work of the Chinese-style modern community correction.
