摘要
广西社区矫正研究会2023年学术年会所展现的多元化参会背景及深入的主题探讨为社区矫正研究提供了新的视角和思考.该年会凝练了六大核心议题,包括中国特色社区矫正工作的探索与定位;社区矫正工作的执法与监督;社区矫正的评估与再犯防控;社区矫正的社会合作与支持;社区矫正的技术应用与发展;社区矫正中特殊主体的矫正问题.通过对这些议题的细致分析,揭示了社区矫正与中国式法治现代化融合的现状及其未来发展方向.这一融合有助于推动社区矫正工作的创新发展,并为法治中国的建设提供有益的思路和参考.
Abstract
The 2023 Academic Annual Meeting of Guangxi Community Correction Research Association exhibited a diverse range of participant backgrounds and in-depth thematic discussions,six core conference themes were identified,including exploration and positioning of the Development of Community Correction under Chinese-style Modernization;Practices and Challenges of Community Correction;Evaluation and Recidivism Prevention in Community Correction;Social Cooperation and Support for Community Correction;Technological Applications and Development in Community Correction;Coping Strategies for Special Subjects in Community Correction.Through careful examination of these themes,the current state of integration between community correction and the process of Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law was revealed,and insightful predictions were made regarding their future development.
