摘要
未成年人网络安全保护应当以网络社会法治现代化理论体系为理论基础,通过网络社会法治化进程的不断深入,逐步实现网络社会法律制度的全面科学供给.目标在于真正构建符合最有利于未成年人的、全面且具有特殊关照的法治体系,实现未成年人网络安全保障的网络法治文明新形态.在未成年人网络安全保护的法治应对方面,应当实现未成年人网络安全保护的立法统一,建立未成年人网络安全的立体法治保护网,建立科学的未成年人个人信息的网络保护机制,不断完善网络游戏的法治监控机制,建立完善的网络服务提供者的自治法治体系.
Abstract
The network security protection of minors should be based on the theoretical system of the modernization of the rule of law in the network society,and gradually realize the comprehensive and scientific supply of the legal system of the network society through the continuous deepening of the process of the rule of law in the network society.The goal is to truly build a comprehensive legal system with special care that is most beneficial to minors,and realize a new form of network legal civilization for minors'network security.In terms of the legal response to the network security protection of minors,we should realize the unification of legislation for the network security protection of minors,establish a three-dimensional legal protection network for minors'network security,establish a scientific network protection mechanism for minors'personal information,and continuously improve Legal monitoring mechanism for online games and establishing a complete autonomous legal system for network service providers.
