摘要
再犯罪预防是罪犯矫正工作的重要一环.循证矫正在提升矫正成效、降低重新犯罪率方面发挥了积极作用.研究未成年犯的心理与行为表现,开展风险评估和需求评估,进行犯因性问题分析,制定合理的矫正方案,科学实施矫正方法技术,有效纠正矫正对象心理、行为,助其回归家庭和社会,规避再犯风险.
Abstract
Prevention of recidivism is an important part of criminal correction work.Correction based on evidence has played a positive role in improving correctional effectiveness and reducing recidivism rates.Research the psychological and behavioral manifestations of juvenile offenders,conduct risk and needs assessments,analyze the causes of criminal behavior,develop reasonable corrective plans,scientifically implement corrective methods and techniques,effectively correct the psychological and behavioral issues of correctional subjects,help them return to their families and society,and avoid the risk of recidivism.
