摘要
行刑衔接工作机制是检察机关加强与行政执法机关衔接配合的重要内容,而以往的行刑衔接在各部门进行沟通交流中存在沟通不畅、信息壁垒等问题,数字检察监督的出现给这些问题的解决提供了契机,能有效促进行刑衔接工作的外延拓展.着重分析新形势下行刑衔接工作的内涵和要求,探求其在大数据法律监督的新背景下的实践与应用.
Abstract
The coordination of enforcement is a crucial aspect of the linkage between procuratorial organs and administrative law enforcement agencies.Historically,issues such as poor communication and information barriers have hindered effective coordination among various departments.The advent of digital procuratorial supervision presents an opportunity to address these challenges and facilitate the expansion and enhancement of enforcement coordination efforts.This paper will focus on analyzing the essence and requirements of enforcement coordination in the new context,as well as exploring its practical application in the era of big data legal supervision.
