家庭管理对美沙酮维持治疗患者戒毒效果的影响分析

摘要
分析在美沙酮维持治疗患者中引入家庭管理的干预措施之后,对戒毒效果的影响.选取接受美沙酮维持治疗患者200例,将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组病人接受药物治疗、医学辅助、心理辅导和行为干预、家庭管理干预;对照组则仅接受药物治疗、医学辅助、心理辅导和行为干预.比较两组病人在戒毒效果方面的差异,结果显示:通过数据比对,实验组随机尿吗啡阳性率明显低于对照组(P＜0.001),服药依从性明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),实验组社会及家庭功能改变更明显(P＜0.05).因此,在美沙酮维持治疗患者的戒毒康复过程中,引入家庭管理的干预措施能够有效降低随机尿吗啡阳性率,提高服药依从性及改善社会和家庭功能.
Abstract
To analyze the effects of drug rehabilitation after introducing family management interventions in methadone maintenance treatment.200 patients receiving methadone maintenance treatment were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,in which the experimental group received medication,medical assistance,psychological counseling and behavioral interventions,and family management interventions;the control group received medication,medical assistance,psychological counseling and behavioral interventions only.Differences refer to effects of drug rehabilitation between the two groups were compared.Results:By comparing the data,the rate of positivity among urine drug test results of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.001),medication adherence was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and transformation in social and family functions of the experimental group were more obvious(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of methadone maintenance patients'drug rehabilitation,the introduction of family management interventions can effectively reduce the rate of positivity among urine drug test results,improve medication adherence as well as social and family functions.
