摘要
邓小平民主法制思想是个人成长背景、历史发展背景和社会时代背景综合作用下的产物,是对中国封建专制传统深度反思后的必然产物,是对国际社会法治建设经验深刻借鉴的必然结果,也是对我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的必然回应.邓小平民主法制思想内容丰富,它以"稳定大于一切"为现实依托,提出法制民主化和民主法制化相向发展的重要观点,并在此基础上把依法治国作为具体的实践导向.邓小平的民主法制思想不仅推动了法制观念的变革与法制体制的革新,而且促进了中国特色社会主义法治道路的开辟,也为新时代习近平总书记继承和创新民主法制思想提供了必要前提.
Abstract
Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on democracy and legal system are a product of his personal growth,historical development,and the social context of the times;they represent a deep reflection on China's feudal and authoritarian traditions;they are the result of a profound study of the international community's experiences in establishing the rule of law;and they constitute an inevitable response to China's reform and opening up and its socialist modernization.Deng's thoughts on democracy and legal system are rich in content and grounded in the belief that"stability outweighs all else."He posited that the democratization of legal system and the legal codification of democracy must develop in tandem rather than in opposition.These ideas have served as a concrete practical orientation.His insights not only promoted changes in the rule of law and fostered innovations within the legal system at that time but also paved the way for the development of the rule of law under socialism with Chinese characteristics.Furthermore,they provided the necessary groundwork for General Secretary Xi Jinping to inherit and further develop these ideas on democracy and the rule of law in the new era.
