高校教师情绪管理的动力学分析

摘要
如何管理自己的情绪,如何正确应对他人的情绪,对高校教师这一特殊群体而言是一个重要课题.动力学作为研究事物变化规律的学科,为高校教师情绪管理提供了新的研究视角和方法.我们应该关注高校教师的心理需求,为他们提供更多的心理建设、情绪管理等方面的支持和帮助,共同促进教师的身心健康和教育教学质量的提升.
Abstract
How to manage one's own emotions and how to deal with others'emotions correctly is an important issue for the special group of university teachers.Dynamics,as a discipline that studies the laws of change in things,provides new research perspectives and direction methods for emotional management of university teachers.We should pay attention to the psychological needs of university teachers and provide them with more support and assistance in psychological construction,emotional management,and other aspects,jointly promoting the physical and mental health development of teachers and improving the quality of education and teaching.
