摘要

随着2020年《社区矫正法》的实施,"新文科"背景下社区矫正专业教育面临着诸多挑战与发展机遇.探索行业与学科一体化的社区矫正虚拟教学模式,能够响应行业需求和教育现代化的双重诉求.在传统社区矫正教学模式中,存在如教材更新滞后、教学方法单一、实践教学与理论教学脱节等问题.相比之下,社区矫正虚拟教研室的引入在促进教学创新、提升教师信息化教学能力、加强学生实际操作和问题解决技能方面均具有明显优势.通过虚拟教研室的建设,可以有效地突破学科间、学科与行业间的壁垒,推动社区矫正教育质量的提升,并为学生提供与行业需求相匹配的技能培养.

Abstract

With the promulgation of the Community Correction Law in 2020,the professional education of community correction under the context of"New Humanities"is encountering both challenges and development opportunities.This study aims to explore the development of virtue teaching and research facility for community correction professions,which integrates both industry and discipline,in response to the dual call of industry demand and education modernization.In the traditional community correction teaching model,it faces several problems such as outdated teaching materials,monotonous teaching methods,and a disconnect between practical training and theoretical teaching.In contrast,the introduction of the virtue teaching and research facility for community correction professions have several advantages such as promoting teaching innovation,improving teachers'information-based teaching ability,and strengthening students'practical operation skills and problem-solving abilities.This study suggests that the establishment of a virtual teaching and research facility can effectively break through disciplines barriers and bridge between academia and industry,thereby advancing the quality of community correction education in providing students with capacity and skills adequate to fulfill industry demands.
