In the rehabilitation of criminals,the difficulty in enforcing property judgments in effective judgments has become a practical problem in the execution of criminal penalties.According to the provisions of laws and regulations,the performance of property related judgments in the effective judgments of convicted prisoners has become a condition for the assessment of commutation and parole.In the substantive trial of commutation and parole cases,the people's court must strictly examine the offender's ability to fulfill property judgments.Through the legal and economic analysis of the difficulties in the execution of property judgments,rational calculation of the cost-benefit of prisons and inmates,as well as the impact of institutional changes on the execution of criminal penalties,has become an important aspect of studying the execution of criminal penalties.Therefore,a linkage mechanism for the execution of property judgments should be established at the legislative level,clarifying the work content of prisons.For prisoners who are unable to fulfill property judgments,exemption mechanisms for property judgments and prison withholding and payment mechanisms can be established.
