社区矫正队伍建设是近年来理论和实务部门关注的焦点.江苏省南通市司法局社区矫正官试点工作,借鉴了美国社区矫正官制度正规、专业和职业的特点,又结合江苏省南通市社区矫正工作实践,在理念转变、体制机制建设和职业保障等方面进行全方位的实践探索,为社区矫正工作队伍的未来走向指明了方向.
Abstract
The construction of community correction teams has been a focus of attention for theoretical and practical departments in recent years.The pilot work of community correction officers by the Judicial Bureau of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,has drawn on the formal,professional,and professional characteristics of the American community correction officer system,and combined with the practical experience of community correction work in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province.It has conducted comprehensive practical exploration in terms of concept transformation,institutional mechanism construction,and occupational security,and has pointed out the direction for the future direction of the community correction work team.
