摘要
新闻报道权与隐私权存在一定的冲突,主要是由于隐私权法律制度不够完善、隐私权的范围不够明确具体、新闻媒体之间竞争引起的;采取增强新闻从业者隐私权保护意识、进一步完善我国隐私权保护法律制度、加强新闻媒体监管等措施平衡协调二者的关系,既能坚持新闻报道真实客观公正平衡,又能很好地保护隐私权.
Abstract
There is a certain conflict between the right to news reporting and the right to privacy,mainly due to the imperfect legal system of privacy rights,the unclear and specific scope of privacy rights,and competition among news media;Taking measures such as enhancing the awareness of privacy protection among news practitioners,further improving China's legal system for privacy protection,and strengthening media supervision to balance and coordinate the relationship between the two can not only uphold the balance of truthfulness,objectivity,and fairness in news reporting,but also effectively protect privacy rights.
