摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加剧,智慧养老作为解决养老服务需求的新模式,其诸多优势日益凸显.老年时期是不可回避、不可逾越的人生重要阶段.本研究聚焦老年人智能技术的日常应用场景,深入探讨了智慧养老在提高老年人生活质量、提高照护效率、纾解情绪压力、增强社会参与度以及减轻家庭负担等方面的重要价值.但是,老年人在智能技术应用中也面临着技术接受度低、应用困难、安全风险及技术适老性不足等挑战.针对这些问题,我们从政府、企业、教育、社会四方面提出了解决之策,帮助老年人跨越数字鸿沟,共享数字生活.
Abstract
With the aggravation of the aging trend of the population in China,smart elderly care,as a new model to address the needs of elderly care services,has many advantages.Old age is an unavoidable and insurmountable important stage in life.This study focuses on the daily application scenarios of intelligent technology for the elderly,and explores in depth the important value of smart elderly care in improving their quality of life,enhancing care efficiency,relieving emotional stress,enhancing social participation,and reducing family burden.However,elderly people also face challenges in the application of intelligent technology,such as low technological acceptance,difficulty in application,safety risks,and insufficient technological adaptability.In response to these issues,we have proposed measures from four aspects:government,enterprises,education,and society,including strengthening government functions,enhancing curriculum training,optimizing aging friendly design,strengthening teacher construction,and mobilizing social forces,to help the elderly overcome the digital divide and share digital life.
