考虑客户价值分类的同时取送货路径优化研究

随着电商行业的崛起,客户对物流时效的要求不断提升,但在现实中,企业往往过于关注总成本的控制,在一定程度上忽略了高价值客户对服务质量和时效性的高要求.因此,本文针对客户满意度下降和优先级策略缺失等现状,探讨了在考虑客户价值分类的同时取送货路径优化问题.基于客户取送需求量的特征构建客户价值分类方法,评估其当前价值和潜在价值,将客户分为VIP客户、主要客户和一般客户三类,并分别对应设置不同的满意度敏感系数,构建了物流成本最低、客户满意度最高的双目标取送货路径优化模型.针对模型特点,设计并改进了NSGA-Ⅲ算法,融入熵权法以便更好地求解.结果表明,本文提出的路径优化模型及改进型NSGA-Ⅲ算法在实际运作中帮助企业在提升客户满意度与降低成本的双目标之间取得了最佳平衡.
Research on Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery Path Optimization Considering Customer Value
With the rise of the e-commerce industry,the customer's requirements for logistics timeliness continue to grow.How-ever,in practice,the enterprise is too concerned about the control of the total cost,but to a certain extent,ignored the high-value cus-tomers on the quality of the service and timeliness of the high degree of demand.Accordingly,this paper explores the problem of pickup and delivery path optimization considering customer value classification for the status quo such as declining customer satisfaction and lack of prioritization strategy.A customer value classification method is constructed based on the characteristics of customer pickup and delivery demand to evaluate their current and potential value,and the customers are divided into three categories:VIP customers,ma-jor customers and general customers,and different satisfaction sensitivity coefficients are set accordingly,so as to construct a dual-goal pickup and delivery route optimization model with the lowest logistics cost and the highest customer satisfaction.Based on the character-istics of the model,an improved NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm is designed and combined with the entropy weight method for solution.The results show that the constructed model and proposed algorithm can help enterprises achieve the best balance between the dual goals of impro-ving customer satisfaction and reducing costs in actual operation.
