Research on Delivery Strategy for Large Fresh Food Supermarkets Considering Crowdsourcing Logistics
In order to solve the problem of high distribution costs for large fresh food supermarkets due to cold chain transporta-tion,a collaborative distribution model of crowdsourcing vehicles and self-owned logistics is introduced.Considering that enterprises call on social vehicles and implement crowdsourcing collaborative distribution in combination with their own cold chain transportation,we divide the goods into three categories:frozen,refrigerated,and room temperature,and a model of Heterogeneous Fleets Vehicle Routing Problem with Capacity and Soft Time Windows Constraints(HFCVRPSTW)is constructed.The model involves multiple pa-rameters such as refrigerated truck driving costs,fixed costs,crowdsourcing vehicle compensation costs,refrigerated commodity packa-ging costs,loss costs and time costs.The model is solved by designing an initial solution,a self-loop attenuation destruction strategy,and an improved adaptive large neighborhood search(ALNS)algorithm that proposes new operators.An extended calculation example using the Solomon data set is used to verify the rationality of the model and the superiority of the algorithm.The study draws the follow-ing conclusions:(1)Through sensitivity analysis on the proportion of the quantity of different types of goods and the number of crowdsourcing vehicles,it is found that the total cost of crowdsourcing collaborative distribution is not sensitive to the ratio of various types of goods in logistics goods,but the increase in the number of crowdsourcing vehicles more effectively reduces the total cost;(2)Contrastive case studies of different customer distributions show that the distribution of customer points has a significant impact on the effectiveness of crowdsourcing collaborative distribution in reducing the total cost.When customers are in random distribution and mixed distribution,enterprises give priority to crowdsourcing collaborative delivery;when customers are clustered and the number of crowdsourcing vehicles is small,enterprises should give priority to self-operated delivery.
