The Improvement Path of the System for Reasonable Utilization of Cultural Relics against the Background of Legal Amendment
Improving the system for reasonable utilization of cultural relics is a requirement of the times to promote cultural relics protection,achieve economic benefits of cultural relics,and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of society.However,in practice,sit-uations such as insufficient and improper utilization of Chinese cultural relics weaken the realization of cultural value and damage the cultural function of cultural relics,reflecting the unclear system of reasonable utilization of cultural relics,single main force,and lack of supervision over commercial utilization of cultural relics in the Cultural Relics Protection Law and its revised draft.Therefore,in or-der to improve the system of reasonable utilization of cultural relics and create a good atmosphere for the protection and utilization of cultural relics,it is necessary to add guiding rules in the Cultural Relics Protection Law to clarify the scope of reasonable utilization,guide social forces to participate in the reasonable utilization of cultural relics,strengthen supervision and regulate the commercial oper-ation of cultural relics.
