摘要

元坝区块新部署实施一口钻多个生物礁气藏的超深水平井,面临陆相珍珠冲段、须家河组等难钻地层,钻速慢、长兴组易漏失、钻井周期长等难点,还面临小井眼长水平段轨迹控制困难、打孔衬管下入到位难度大等难题.通过井身结构优化设计,定向钻井工具选型与优化轨迹控制方法,研选与地层特性匹配和满足复合钻井的钻头,配套高性能钻井液,完善超深井管柱下入技术,形成元坝超深长水平段水平井钻井关键技术,顺利完成了元坝第一超深水平井元坝102-5H小井眼水平段长1 464 m和井深8 425 m施工.钻井周期237.38 d,与元坝前期钻井周期最短井元坝102-3H相比,井深增加697 m,钻井周期缩短15.87%,平均机械钻速提高23.88%.

Abstract

An ultra deep water horizontal well for drilling multiple biological reef gas reservoirs was newly deployed in Yuanba block.Faced with difficulties such as slow drilling speed,easy leakage in the Changx-ing Formation,and long drilling cycles,as well as difficulties in controlling the trajectory of the long hori-zontal section of the small wellbore,and difficulty in placing the perforated liner in place,it is difficult to drill in continental Zhenzhuchong and the Xujiahe Formations.By optimizing the design of wellbore struc-ture,selecting directional drilling tools,and optimizing trajectory control methods,researching and selecting drill bits that match the characteristics of the formation and meet the requirements of composite drilling,matching high-performance drilling fluids,and improving the technology of pipe string insertion in ultra deep wells,key technologies for drilling ultra deep and long horizontal sections in Yuanba have been formed,which completed the construction of the first ultra deep horizontal well in Yuanba,with a length of 1 464 meters and a depth of 8 425 meters.The drilling cycle is 237.38 days.Compared with the shortest drilling cycle in Yuanba 102-3 H in the early stage,the well depth increases by 697 meters,the drilling cycle is shortened by 15.87%,and the average mechanical drilling speed is increased by 23.88%.
