Numerical simulation of water cut regularity of horizontal wells in strong water-flooded layers in P Oilfield,Bohai Sea
At present,P oilfield has entered the middle-high water cut stage, and the multiple horizontal wells implemented are used for the remaining oil at the top of the main water-flooded layers. However, the water cut and water cut rise regularity during the initial stage are quite different, which affects the potential tapping effect.By analyzing the initial water cut and water cut rise pattern,it is believed that the water cut of some horizontal wells is greatly affected by the artificially induced fractures of nearby directional oil wells. Therefore, the EasyFrac module in the numerical simulation software PetrelRE was used for relevant mecha-nism on the influence of artificially induced fractures on the water cut regularity, which provides a basis for deploying horizontal wells to tap remaining oil.
