Potential tapping measures for lateral remaining oil in low permeability fractured reservoir logging:a case study of Changqing A oilfield
According to dynamic characteristics of water injection development of low permeability fractured reservoir in Changqing A oilfield, the fine basic geological research is deepened.Based on the coring and logging data of inspection wells in old area,a detailed evaluation of remaining oil distribution,of water washing degree of inspection wells with different water line distances, and the impact analysis of fractures on the remaining oil distribution and development were carried out.The results indicate that the main wells of low permeability fractured reservoirs is severely flooded, and the remaining oil in lateral zone is enriched. The design scheme for the remaining oil recovery in the lateral zone is feasible. The development effect eval-uation after well pattern infilling confirms that the lateral residual oil tapping scheme can slow down the res-ervoir decline and improve the development effect, which can provide useful reference for well pattern ad-justment,reservoir expansion, potential tapping, and enhanced oil recovery in the middle and later stages of similar oil reservoirs.
