After entering the medium-high water cut stage in Bohai L Oilfield,the proportion of low pro-duction and low efficiency wells has increased,resulting in low oil well utilization and poor production,which badly restricts the long-term stable production.Based on the current development status,the types and main reasons for low production and efficiency are summarized.In combination with a large amount of production performance data,reservoir engineering methods are applied for potential evaluation.Combined with oil recovery technology,＂one well,one policy＂is provided.Practice has shown that the treatment meas-ures have achieved good effect,with a daily increase of 20 m3 per well and a cumulative increase of about 8.0×104 m3,which provides a good reference for low production and efficiency wells in similar oil reservoirs.
