小井眼侧钻井射孔压裂气举投产一体化技术——以肯基亚克油田盐下二叠系砂岩油藏为例

哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克油田盐下二叠系砂岩油藏属于高压低渗油气藏,水力加砂压裂是该油藏主要增产技术措施.目前区块由于管柱腐蚀断脱等原因造成的停产井已超过 10 口,为实现该类井复产高产,需要开展侧钻+压裂作业.围绕侧钻后作业过程中降低储层伤害、小直径套管(内径97.18 mm)内工具设计、不放压转层喷砂射孔及延长含气油井自喷生产期等难题,开展小直径水力喷砂射孔+压裂+气举生产一体化压裂管柱技术攻关,形成了适用于高压储层小井眼侧钻井的射孔压裂气举投产一体化技术,现场应用效果显著,为油田长停井复产提供了新的技术思路.
Integrated technology for production by slim borehole drilling,perforation,fracturing,and gas lift:a case study of Permian sandstone reservoir in Kenkiyak Oilfield
The Permian sandstone reservoir in Kenkiyak Oilfield of Kazakhstan belongs to a high pressure and low permeability reservoir,and hydraulic fracturing is the main stimulation measure.At present,more than 10 wells have been shut down due to corrosion and detachment of the pipe string.To achieve high pro-duction,it is necessary to carry out side drilling and fracturing operations.In order to solve the problems of reducing reservoir damage,designing tools in small diameter casing(inner diameter 97.18 mm),non-pressure release jetting and prolonging production period of gas-bearing oil wells,an integrated fracturing string technology of small diameter hydraulic jetting,fracturing and gas lifting was developed,which formed the integrated suitable technology of jetting fracturing and gas lifting for slim borehole sidetracking wells of high-pressure reservoir.The on-site application effect is great,providing new technical ideas for oilfields of long-term shutdown and resumption.
