Application of fast filtration consolidation plugging technology in Zu 203H5 platform
In view of the problems of Xujiahe and Jialingjiang formations of Zu 203H5 platform in western Chongqing,such as the multiple fractures,the frequent occurrence of malignant leakage and the large bear-ing span,the fast filtration consolidation and plugging technology with"aggregation effect"and"solidifica-tion enhancement"as the core is optimized.For fractures of more than 3 mm,2%-3%porous aluminum foam particles are assisted to improve the resident efficiency of fast filtration materials in the leakage chan-nel.The laboratory evaluation showed that,when the dosage was 50%,the filtration time was less than 25 seconds,the strength of filter cake(curing at 70℃for 24 hours)was more than 6 Mpa,the precipitation of clear liquid was less than 15%after standing for 30 minutes,the sealing pressure was more than 4 Mpa,and the pressure bearing capacity after curing was more than 20 Mpa,and no pollution to drilling fluid on site.According to its technical characteristics,the horizontal pushing and plugging technology was optimized on the spot,which was applied for 4 times in 3 wells of Zu 203H5 platform.The success rate of pressure-bearing and plugging was75%,and the pressure-bearing capacity was above 1.90 g/cm3.
