复兴地区页岩油优快钻井技术

川东复兴地区侏罗系湖相、河流相砂泥岩储层发育,油气类型为凝析油、页岩气同产,该区陆相页岩油气水平井具有大井眼、井段长、造斜困难、地层压力安全窗口窄、水平段可钻性差、轨迹控制难、水平段易垮塌等难点.通过井身结构、钻井方式、提速工具、轨迹控制、钻井液类型、完井方式等进行技术集成与优化.结果表明:通过二开井身结构、强化参数钻井、PDC钻头+预弯曲钻具组合、强封堵油基钻井液、旋转导向钻井、不承压防漏固井等关键技术,克服井壁失稳、水平段可钻性差、漏溢转换频繁等复杂情况,提高了钻井效率,节约了钻井周期,形成了 一套适合复兴地区页岩区块的优快钻井技术,为该区后续水平井勘探开发提供了借鉴.
Optimal and fast drilling technology for shale oil in Fuxing area
Jurassic lacustrine and fluvial sand mudstone reservoirs are developed in Fuxing area of eastern Sichuan Province.The types of oil and gas are condensate oil and shale gas,and the continental shale oil and gas horizontal Wells in this area have some difficulties,such as large hole,long well section,difficult deviation,narrow formation pressure safety window,poor drilling ability of horizontal section,difficult traj-ectory control,and easy collapse of horizontal section.This article integrates and optimizes technology through wellbore structure,drilling method,acceleration tools,trajectory control,drilling fluid type,com-pletion method,etc.The results show that through key technologies such as secondary wellbore structure,enhanced parameter drilling,PDC drill bit+pre bending drilling tool combination,strong plugging oil-based drilling fluid,rotary directional drilling,and non pressurized leak prevention cementing,complex sit-uations such as wellbore instability,poor drillability in the horizontal section,and frequent leakage and overflow conversion have been overcome,drilling efficiency has been improved,drilling cycle has been saved,and a set of optimal and fast drilling technologies suitable for shale blocks in the Fuxing area has been formed,providing a good reference for subsequent horizontal well exploration and development in the area.
