Characterization and treatment of steam channeling after multiple cycles of huff and puff in heavy oil L reservoir
After multiple cycles of steam huff and puff in heavy oil L reservoir, there are some problems such as frequent inter-well steam channeling, dispersion of remaining oil and low periodic oil-gas ratio, which makes it difficult to stabilize oil production.By summarizing the gas channeling patterns and influen-cing factors of L reservoir, and based on numerical simulation analysis of the reservoir temperature and cor-responding pore volume multiples within different oil saturation ranges of each sub layer, the degree of un-derground gas channeling was quantitatively characterized.Based on the quantified steam channeling degree of well group, the production effect of three kinds of steam channeling control technologies is studied,inclu-ding multi-well combination huff and puff in small area, steam flooding with deformable well pattern under the control of steam channeling channel and nitrogen foam assisted steam flooding. The results show that steam flooding with nitrogen foam-assisted and deformable well pattern can effectively control steam chan-neling.When the oil-vapor ratio dropsbelow0.1,the cumulative oil production is24.87×104 t,and the recovery rate is 50.76%.The research results play an important role in improving the development effect af-ter multiple huff and puff.
