东胜气田井下雾化工艺矿场试验及效果评价

气井后期受积液影响,产气量大幅度降低,严重时会导致水淹停产,因此需要选择合适且有效的排水采气工艺来保证气井稳产.井下雾化排水采气是一种新型的排水采气技术,通过开展雾化排水采气装置结构设计,并针对该装置进行流体力学数值模拟仿真及现场试验.研究结果表明,井下雾化排水采气装置能够把气液两相流转变为雾状流,且随着入口流速及气液比的增加,雾化效果更好.现场先导性实验表明,采用当量直径法把雾化器工具压降设置为节流器压降,雾化器作业前后雾化排水采气效果对比明显,瞬时产气量波动程度大幅下降,气井油压、套压、产气量和产液量更加稳定,气液比降低,提高了排水采气效果,有助于气井稳产,验证了工艺的有效性.
Field test and effect evaluation of downhole atomization technology in Dongsheng gas field
Gas production is greatly reduced by liquid accumulation in the late stage of gas wells,and even leads to water flooding and production stoppage in severe cases.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropri-ate and effective drainage gas production technology to ensure stable gas production.Downhole atomized drainage gas production is a new drainage gas production technology.Through the design of device struc-ture,the fluid mechanics numerical simulation and field test are carried out for the device.The research re-sults show that the atomized drainage gas production device can transfer the gas-liquid two-phase into a mist flow,and the atomization effect is better with the increase of inlet velocity and gas-liquid ratio.Field pilot experiments show that when the equivalent diameter method is used to set the pressure drop of the neb-ulizer tool to the pressure drop of the throttle,the effect of atomizing drainage and gas recovery before and after the nebulizer operation is obvious,the fluctuation degree of instantaneous gas production is greatly re-duced,the oil pressure,casing pressure,gas production and liquid production of the gas well are more sta-ble,the gas-liquid ratio is reduced,and the effect of drainage and gas recovery is improved,which is con-ducive to the stable gas production,and the effectiveness of the process was verified.
